With a simple three-step instruction chart and a bag to brine the meat in we're making it easy. The mix is made with Himalayan Pink Salt and a blend of other spices. It will yield enough to brine the equivalent of  five chicken breasts. 

- The Dry Rub (4 oz): a mix of spices specifically designed to play to the flavors of the 816 BBQ Sauce. Beyond the grill try sprinkling some on popcorn, chips, and sandwiches for an extra kick of flavor.

- The BBQ Sauce (16 oz): 816 is our signature sauce with a hint of spice that is balanced with sweetness to develop complex layers of flavors. It's a mix of Kansas City tradition and culinary expertise which precisely delivers the best of both worlds. Wildly versatile and great with fish and vegetables. 

- Black Truffle BBQ Sauce uses truffles sourced from a small farm in France, and as always utilize the best Californian ingredients. This highly versatile sauce will elevate your at home meals and make any vegetable, fish, or meat explode with flavor.
